I just receive this message without my consent. When you join a telephone plan, the telecommunication company will ask you to sign a document with specification on the circumstances you will receive message(s) from them to make it legal. Such kind of legal document is to protect your privacy. Does police ask your consent first before sending out such message? I believe HongKongers are clever enough to look after themselves. We don't need the police to send out such reminder so frequently especially during recent months. I don't believe the police has right to intrude privacy of other people without obtaining their consent first. PLEASE RESPECT OTHERS!
